Nest & Gather offers warm, sustainable, high-touch home organizing designed to bring ease, calm, and beauty into your daily life. Each service is rooted in minimalism, appreciation for what you own, and creating systems that support how you actually live.
How It Works
Book A Free Consultation: All projects begin with a free 15-minute consultation (book here) to talk through your space and goals. After this call, I’ll suggest which organizing packages may be a good fit.
1-Hour In-Person Consultation ($100 - applied towards full service*): When you’re ready to move forward, we begin with a 1-hour in-person consultation. We’ll walk through the space, talk through priorities, and I’ll follow up with a clear proposal outlining the full project cost and what’s included.
*The $100 consultation is applied toward a full organizing package — or you’re welcome to take the guidance and do it yourself.
Begin Your Project: Once you approve the plan, we schedule your sessions and get started. Most sessions run 10am–3pm, and projects may include one or several days. You can choose to work alongside me or have systems prepared for you to review independently.
The packages and pricing below are meant to give you a general sense of the price ranges for different types of projects.
In-Person Consultation — $100
A one-hour, in-home session focused on clarity and direction.
Includes:
Walkthrough of your space
Personalized recommendations for layout, organizing, and flow
Suggested next steps and product ideas (if helpful)
Guidance you can implement yourself

This fee is credited toward any full-service package.
The Simple Reset — $600-$1,200
A focused session designed to bring order and ease to one small space in your home—ideal for pantries, bathrooms, linen closets, or other compact areas that benefit from thoughtful systems.
Includes:
Hands-on organizing for one small space
Gentle sorting and decluttering support
Custom labels where helpful
Donation removal (one carload)
Simple maintenance guidance to keep the space feeling calm
Pricing varies based on scope and level of support needed.
The Calm Home Package — $1,200–$2,400
Designed for high-use, small-to-medium spaces that benefit from deeper intention and structure—such as large closets, small kitchens, playrooms, entryways, or shared family areas.
Includes everything in The Simple Reset, plus:
Space planning tailored to your daily routines
More comprehensive sorting and system building
Styling guidance to bring warmth and visual calm
Curated product recommendations (purchased separately)
Priority scheduling
Pricing varies based on the size of the space and level of support needed.
The Harmony Package — $2,400–$4,800
A thoughtfully scaled organizing experience for 2–3 connected rooms, designed to create flow, clarity, and systems that work together across your home.
Includes everything in The Calm Home Package, plus:
A cohesive plan for 2–3 rooms
Systems designed to connect spaces and routines
Expanded donation removal
30 days of post-session text support
Optional virtual check-in to fine-tune and maintain systems
Pricing varies based on room size, complexity, and scope.
The Lifestyle Transformation Package — $4,800-$10,000+
A complete home reset for new parents, new homes, major life transitions, or anyone ready for full alignment.
Includes everything in The Harmony Package, plus:
Whole-home organizing and styling support
Move prep or unpacking assistance
System setup for kitchens, toys, paper, entryways, and more
Donation and recycling drop-offs
60 days of virtual support
A custom maintenance guide to support long-term ease
Monthly Maintenance Membership — $300/month
Ongoing support for households who want their systems refreshed and maintained with ease. I recommend adding three or more months of maintenance sessions to any full-service package so we can continue refining your systems and make thoughtful adjustments as you settle into your newly organized space.
Includes:
Monthly two-hour in-home reset sessions
Seasonal organizing guidance
Priority booking
Cancel anytime after 3 months
Payment & Cancellation Policy
All service fees, including the $100 in-person consultation, are non-refundable.
Payment Structure
Full payment is required upfront for the In-Person Consultation and The Quick Reset.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any multi-session package.
The remaining balance is due the day before the first scheduled session.
In-Person Consultation
Consultations may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will forfeit the consultation fee.
Full-Service Sessions
Changes to scheduled full-service sessions require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the scheduled session or deposit.
This policy allows time to be reserved intentionally for each client and ensures each project receives dedicated care and attention.
